Body Image New Blood Contest

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder

You only realise this, the more you get older

I want to take a moment to look at my life

I have a job, my health, and I am even a wife

I am made to feel mad because I have gotten a little bigger

But I really don't want to live out my life with a 6 year old's figure

why cant people just leave me alone and let me be

I am happy with the way that I look
I am happy being me. x

Great rhyme Samantha and right on the money. People seem to feel they have the right to make hurtful comments at will, they are of course wrong as a jab in the eye with a sharp stick would soon demonstrate, only joking. Sharp come back comments soon send them packing though. Kind regards, Ian
