Blues of Jezebel

Blues of Jezebel

Do it
Beloved brothers
Cast the first stone
Oh, yes, stone me, stone me
For death wants a kiss
Oh, but do it quickly
For I carry a heavy baby of shame.
Sins of these scars run deep
Deeper than the rivers of widows' tears
Oh, come on!
Stone my misery
Weary of a wasted heart.
Blood on my hands
Blood on the lily flesh of my thighs.
With thousands of zealous attempts
I had tried to wash snow on my skin
Longed to be pure.
Music plays within my breast
Prestigious beast pounds with power there.
But a slave to scarlet stains
We are chained in marriage.
Only the pain is pure, not me.
Love found, I'm lost
Love held, I'm cold
Love burned, I'm fine now.
" You are my angel", what a joke.
Love laughed.
And pushed me over the mountain
Back into the oceans I go.
Sent back to my demons.
And here I am again!
Whore to flesh
Walk with no eyes.
Naked in hunger.
Tattooed feet walk
Bells jingle around belly.
Hips sliver like a snake.
Awaiting destiny to stone me.
Stone is my heart.
That's a lie, but you believe it.
Victim to the pain of pleasure
As pleasure is my pain.
