very nicely done, and so much better than that unlucky owl outside one's house. They are harbingers of death I think!!

They are a pretty bird..We don't see them much..I have seen one twice this winter..I guess that they stay more to the wooded area and not too much around homes..Great Haiku..Enjoyed reading it this morning..Thanks for stopping by..Your presence is always uplifting..Sara
