Bluebird

.
                                         green, white, yellow blooms

                                         coupled songs of happiness

                                             warm sun sings glory

A bluebird kind of day presented in a lovely way. LUv, Andrea. ps. had you not heard the Lion song before? I sure wish I knew which singer he was. I lost the guy's autograph but I think he was one of the two Margo brothers of the original group.

Good job here. I admire people who can pull off these haikus as I find them very difficult. I'm glad that you liked my effort. It makes me proud to have anyone, but especially, from a fellow poet. Thank you very much. Regards, Gerard.

A delightful image in your great haiku, Mitch! Well done! As for the "Aspercream," I don't know what it is, but it sounds like it could burn. Ouch! Love, Carolyn

Mitch, reading your poetry today has been a pleasure. Thank you for sharing your words. This spring haiku is delightful. I have only seen a bluebird once years ago during a visit to West Virginia. It was so charming to watch it fly back and forth into a little birdhouse. (I've seen plenty of blue jays, though. even been bombarded when one fell out of its nest and I tried to help it.) Keep writing. And thank you for your comments on my poetry as well. Have a super Day! Lovingly, Dane Ann
