Blue Jays
BLUE JAYS
beautiful thief
this darting flash of bright blue
ah but there are two
strangers in the crowd
wonder where their nests are?
trees in early bloom
maybe just one nest
husband wife in wedded bliss
cries from a tree top
bird for all seasons
a blue streak against the snow
hear the angry squirrels
