BLUE JAYS beautiful thief this darting flash of bright blue ah but there are two strangers in the crowd wonder where their nests are? trees in early bloom maybe just one nest husband wife in wedded bliss cries from a tree top bird for all seasons a blue streak against the snow hear the angry squirrels

Well oh well...only tomorrow, the birdhouse Daver?:)) Oh, that poem wasn't about me! It was about another, but you know, sometimes it best just to mind your own beeswax!:) I posted your l couple on my blog, but it says that it's under construction.=/ I still can't figure out what to write there...LOL I posted 2 of our kayaks up for sale...the day after one was sold. Bittersweet. Keep cool, and don't forget to drink...water..hehe Love, Mikki

love this one - we have more Stella jays than I can count here. I've been trying to pen words on the little clowns - these describe them perfectly.

Oh, the town criers, Daver!:) It would be impossible to make a feeding time schedule with them. Throw out some peanuts and they call out to their loves, and relatives. Aww, I love the thought of them nesting in "wedded bliss," Daver. The blue jays we have here attack like hawks. The squirrels are probably mad because they got "beaked" by one. LOL Lots of fun reading this! Love you, Carolyn
