A million Wild Horeshoe Crabs are caught and bled in laboratories every year. The image shows them in harnesses where about one third of their milky blue blood is extracted into glass jugs. The crabs are then released back into the sea.
This poem uses the "Cube" form => 4 lines of 4 words, with 4 word title; depth & meaning are the 3rd and 4rd dimensions.

blue, ghastly, gruesome, repugnant!
