Blue

I took my Cobalt, And mixed with Ultramarine, To lay in this painting, Quiet easily seen. Setting the mood in this piece, This color so cold and real, Here on my canvas, Coloring the tears I feel. Somewhere between Midnight and Navy, Not only the color that I see, But since you have been gone, The color inside me. The Paint Mover(s) Poetry Contest Sponsored by: Anthony Slausen 10/02/18

Whoa.. that last stanza is electric, especially the last two lines. A powerfully emotive piece that I loved, Timothy!
