    Of hues,
    Silk petals 
    Emanate sweet
    Scent

   Blooms
   Leap out
   On branches
   Opulence in 
   May


 
   Skies
   Promise
   Rain showers
   Infers thunder's
   Noise,
   Grass
  Remains
  All soaked in
  Intense rainfall
  Now

I especially like the first one , Joseph. I do not always get excited on the sponsors' types of contests here but I am really liking your lanterne contests and how you are making them a bit challenging at the same time. I notice not many are doing first and last word contrasted or related or whatever. It does not matter in lanterne?

My mother always said April showers bring May flowers. Though rain may intrude on outdoor plans sometimes, we have to remember how much the blossoms need this nourishment. Well done acrostic, Joseph! Best wishes, Carolyn
