Blossom

Inside the days away from shaded skies
I take a breathe of carefree bliss inside
Can't figure out why I didn't die last night
Questions of reality, and living in the light

To higher reaching promises without a razor blade
Left my sanity inside a serenade I never made
Free of choking restraints from over bearing saints
These suffocating walls in the hall need a brighter coat of paint

I wish that you could see how this really feels to me
Just for a moment you could be another buoy in the sea
Feel the hopelessness I hide in the blinding light of day
Then Maybe you could say that everything will be ok

I don't live inside your world of long forgotten dreams
You gave them all away for this collective insanity
Discovery of me ran through piercing waves of electricity
So come onto the other side of sanity where crazy ways are free

You're back to front, I'm front to back
I'm rearranged inside the cracks where echoes fade to black
The haunting screams of dreams becoming real
Laughing shadows forever steal the moments that I'll never feel
