Bloodened Tears

My Tears are thickened with blood
My eyes are darkened by pain
Numbness hides it all, so nothing more brings shame
I never show how much it hurts, I'd rather drink it all away
Drowned in unavoidable sorrow, like the cuts on my vain
But one day I'll be free, to never drink again
All that it really comes down to...
Sorrow's my only friend who really understands

What a peace of writing it is! Heh, in fact you are just speaking the words I've been speaking for 3 years... But if i may say, have hope, cause indeed someday sorrow will fade and light will prevail.

Sorrow's only purpose is to make you think it understands. It is a blinder to self. Intense & sad piece.
