Blood By Birth

I have journeyed in life,
Quarter a century still alive,
Strangest I did never survive,
A sister, blood by birth.

Tentacles capable, holds out,
Words unpredictable, speaks out,
Attacks unbearable, out about,
My being, it throughout.

But honey I will one day sprout,
Past your life, past being proud,
I will be big, in all corners name loud,
On a day, on that day you fear most.
