Blood Brothers

Rusted iron crosses Bled by ocean spray Fascism’s fury rages Churning ruptured remains Haunted by steel specters Drenched in frigid light Waves of ruddy soldiers Toppling tyranny’s tide Machine gun masses Deafening and fortified Ricocheted cries crawling Over fleshy speckled mines Limbs of solidarity Buried on foreign shores Blood brothers of freedom Veterans of world wars
