Blood
Flows in every organ of our body
From the crown of our head
To the tip of our toes
In every inch of our body it flows
Pumps with every beat of our heart
To give life to every body part
Flows through every cell and vain
Causes us to exist and to remain
It flows through our whole body instead
With out it we would be dead
We are thankful it exists
For with it we are blessed
To have such an heavenly flow
Of this necessary component in us
On it we rely without it we die
We would not be alive
More precious than silver and gold
We are thankful for it
both the young and the old
