Start to live now this very day:
Blessings endow your life today.


Start with your heart with mindful ways:
Dance and craft art and live each day.


Start to live well just for today:
Dream and dare dwell on fun and play.


Start with your mind to seek and find;
Learn to be kind and don't be blind.


Start to feel more with heart alive:
Live from your core that love may thrive.


Start with calm cheer with faith and hope:
Purge silly fear for love sculpts scope.


Start to be wise with wonder grand:
Seize life's surprise and be a friend.


Start with a soul that keeps warm mirth:
Discern a whole in love's sure birth.


Start to take part grand style and poise:
Live from your heart with choice and voice.


Start with words kind to touch each face:
Love is a sign of healing grace.


Start to be good to all you meet:
Love is wise food that tastes so sweet.


Start each day well with heart set right:
Now let mind dwell on fond delight.
