Blessed
You came into my life and showed me something new
you brightened up my world and made me fall in love with you
you took me by the hand and told me not to fear
for you had come to take my heart
to cherish and hold near
to create a new love, shared by two hearts
to create a new love, bounded by trust
and a love that will be blessed by the heavens above.
