Humming birds are fascinating. We see them at times too. They like certain flowers and they move so abruptly.

Those little ones can make some motion with a unique sound. I enjoyed reading your work. I have had several hummingbird Haiku running around in my head the last few days. Thanks for dropping by my blog. I see you found out how to post a tribute on Carolyn's wall at the funeral home page. Sara

Such a fun haiku Andrea! Hummingbirds truly are the sprinters of the bird world doing the fifty yard dash! We have several who live in our backyard. I was doing some watering the other day only to find one of our hummingbirds bathing in and drinking the water. It was a mesmerizing experience!
