Bless the Beasts and the Children
Why do careless and heartless people abuse both animals and children? I would like to think one reason is purely ignorance. They simply do not have the knowledge and/or financial ability to care for them. Puppy mills should be made illegal, and probably already are.
Sex trafficking is a blight upon all types of society and no nation on earth is exempt from this fiendish and evil practice. Children were not created for this type of illegal profit, but to be a blessing to their parents. Yes it is legal in some countries and cultures to sell young girls to sex traffickers. But it is morally wrong! Even if a family is in complete poverty they should not sell their daughters! There are other alternatives to receiving the necessary help for their families.
Some dogs are used for dog fighting purposes! They are starved and kept on chains until they are ready to fight to satisfy evil people. Prize fighting is bad enough, but at least people are trained before they enter the ring!
Roosters are used for cock fighting an evil practice that came to us from Great Britain. Those poor cocks fight to the death to satisfy the lusts of evil men and women and of course for profit!
Horses and mules are being starved to death. For God's sake, if you no longer can afford to take care of your domestic animals, sell them to people who can! You may love your animals and probably do! But there is such a thing as visitation rights!
Big game hunting should be banned! They should be treated like criminals instead of sportsmen! Dealers in ivory elephant tusks and tiger rugs need to be fined and imprisoned!
Yes please "bless the beasts and the children. Give them shelter from the storm. Keep them safe. Keep them warm when the darkness surrounds them. Let your light shine all around them!"
Before abortion, please consider other options if at all possible. I realize if it were illegal, women would turn again to abortion mills. If you can not keep your unborn child, try adaption! I understand sometimes the mother's life is also at risk. I understand about rape and incest and both are wrong. Some children will be born so disabled, they will have no quality of life at all. But I believe in God's grace as well as his mercy!
