Bleeding Color

My blood runs the shade of every man
For the colors of other men are mine
And this, being the longest-standing truth
Is the closest I'll ever get to the Divine

Mine walks next to all because I can, The hearts of all are life's identical shrine, Infinite in our affability we're all selcouth, So many try to build a stairway; I'll enjoy the view underground but supine......An absolute pleasure reading this wonderful poem, I hope you enjoy my reply to it!...A Favorite for me! Warmly A.S.

Very nice! The lines of this verse beat like drums, three times reminding us that we all bleed red.
