Blazing Dawn

Crying doesn't make you weak,
Strength won't stem the flow.
In times when life and love are bleak,
Memories will glow.

Life is but a part of death,
No one's ever really gone.
And when a person breathes last breath,
Some piece of them lives on.

It's fine to say I miss you.
Indeed, it's often so.
Though God makes life for loved ones new,
His love won't always show.

Friends live on inside a frame,
Or pictures skillfully drawn.
A dying candle left a flame,
It kindled a blazing dawn.
