Black Shadows
Black Shadows
Pornographic images of destruction to a greedy mind
Starvation of education and chivalry very rare to find
Bittersweet memories becoming even more bitter
Wovening hatred and lies our society the fitter
Try to undo it again try to forgive them again
Before the flowing memories and hate begin
All our own insecure imperfections bleeding
Through these scabs we all been scratching
Lie to ourselves, but we know the truth at heart
We let the world tear and rip our souls apart
Lingering black shadows lurking in the dark hidden
Created by our own mind to remember the forbidden
Paranoia fear causing anxiety losing control of ourselves
Praying to the ones we place so high up on shelves
I been creating escape goat delusions like shedding skin
Doing my best to erase and find forgiveness of every sin
Death, justice, and truth I've been truly contemplating
To find my soul and bring it back again needs completing
But I've been blinded by the darkness caused by these shadows
They see through me so clearly like they're looking through windows
Through my confusion and delusions I want to find what it's hiding
When finally my eye sees it and my heart will be truly happily crying
