Beyond This Cage
Well, beyond this heavy metal
of the wild hellish ghetto
of my uncarved unsculptured motto
breaths,
the soft air of hope
Todays, yesterdays …………. and
Tomorrows there shall be.
Like a fresh new chick of this present day,
Like a man who has seen so much wickedness and pain in the past
I shall like a soldier on war, anticipate for tomorrow afresh.
Ready and gaiety with my weapon
At ease and heed in my soul
Healthy and hearty for my wonderful days
For I shall see beyond my cave
For my destiny to have my wave.
