Beyond

Nothing but a pretty face
Look beyond the blue eyes
The smile that shines
Even pass thee brown hair
You’ll find the pain, the hurt
And the sadness, that
No one sees or hears
Hiding from her family and friends
No one sees or notices
Who could
So closed up inside and out
Never telling a soul of the feelings that come about
Thinking there is no such thing as a true love
Just a story of heart break and pain
Thinking maybe just maybe
Giving up
It’s no longer worth her time
Nothing but a broken wrecker
That seems to just play and play
Sick of the pain and hurt that for fills her little heart
