isn't this the way that loves suppose to be

I can promise you everything
the likes you never known
I can promise you everyday
you'll see how love has grown
I can promise you in all this
there will be some reward
I can promise you only things
that I can afford

I can promise you comfort
for when things get so sad
I can promise all my support
whenever things go bad
I can promise you understanding
at any given hour
I can promise you all the joys
that I have within my power
