Betty

In his arms,
she cries in pain,
for her love,
I try in vain,

I had you once,
I let you go,
for a dream,
that was never so,

now here I sit,
watching in wait,
let it unfold,
seal our fate.

"faint heart ne'er won fair lady"... sitting in wait is perhaps not the best strategy... good poem though... Terry (I see from your more recent post that... well, "live and learn"...)

sing to me the same song the tune I've heard all along I chose to ignore every sign but a lesson learned as I walk the line... yes, I have defiantly had to live and learn, but I guess that's what makes life fun. :) thank you, for your comment. It's always nice to hear what other people think of my minds inner chaos. lol.
