Better Off

Bleary - eyed drinking
          2:40 am wine

cigarette burning
          since the advent of time

inside one single thought
          in mynd,

red ember on the end
         from fire
                      to ashtrash funeral,

with it we had to send

One single thought
                                   to a liar
                                   who believed his own
                                                                   pretend.

to mutiny against him
                                   (inside a manic head)

he says, "they're all against me":
                                                            Better Off Dead.
