Better
You’d think that I was some average girl
No, I was lower than that in this world
I was just a kid, not acting my age
Playing games, watching TV all day
Let’s just hope that it’s only a stage
That I won’t always be this way
I know everything will be alright
Even when the day turns into night
No one’ll make me change my way
I’ll do it on my own & know my life’ll be great
If I’m so different, then maybe I’m grand
Now that I can finally understand
It all started out worse, now it’s all fine
I’m going to be better for the rest of my life
You know I’m better
Than I used to be
I know I’m better
Here is the real me
We know it’s better
than a long time ago
Now that we all know
I’m a different girl
I am better
Now that I’m better
Out of the underworld
I know I’m better
Shiny as diamonds and pearls
Sparkling like glitter
Not wanting more
Now I am a different girl
I am completely better
