Betrayed
SO BETRAYED BY THE ONE YOU LOVE
YOU PRAY TO THE HEAVENS UP ABOVE
TO GIVE YOU STRENGTH TO CARRY ON
JUST WHEN YOU THOUGHT THEY WERE THE ONE
SO HURT YOU FEEL DEEP DOWN INSIDE
THAT ALL YOU DO IS LAY DOWN AND CRY
"WHY ME" YOU TEND TO ASK YOURSELF
YOU TRUSTED THEM WITH ALL YOUR WEALTH
YOU HEART, YOUR SOUL, YOUR PEACE OF MIND
YOU THOUGHT THEY WERE TRULY DEVINE
THE TRUTH DOES HURT BUT THAT'S OKAY
YOU'LL LIVE TO SEE ANOTHER DAY
