Betrayal
Pain that hurts so deep,
Love u Seem to keep.
People who seem to hurt so cold,
People of today’s society mold.
You try to stay good,
Uncertain for sure if u longer should.
Is it wrong to give in?
Would it truly be a sin?
You no longer want to cry,
Tired of wondering why.
Is the best defense to use offense?
To get them before they get you?
Sometimes it feels to be true,
Will this stop me from being blue.
When is enough enough and time to be tough,
I think it’s now the world is rough.
Can we blame Facebook or Myspace,
Maybe put some in their place.
Maybe it’s like giving the keys to a car,
Now you know how they truly are.
Betrayal might always burn inside you,
I’m going to look out for me that’s what I'll do
