Bestowed Upon Thee

This love was bestowed upon mine eyes
Ever so soft, her gentle cries,
Love thee until thou hath no end
The grey skies sheltered, my entire life,
Waiting for a new one to begin,
Exclusive, until my foes have past away,
All else fails, or success did I grasp,
       Uncommon for you to actually
And literally care
Bestowed upon thee, who would even dare
The gentleness expired, lost between yes and no
All else failed, from the word "GO",
No giving up, here for the duration,
So upon the days, when thou art
Not loving the lure in mine eyes
Or all has past, her gentle cries,
Dwell forever and a day,
In my weary heart,
Or where thou shalt be
For this lovers eyes
Bestowed Upon Thee...
