Best Friends

You are my best friend
The one I choose for life
You fluttered in on a whim
That led us to become man and wife.
What could love bring at such an early age?
Surely not adventures such as these--
An exotic paradise and romance
Full of warm ocean tides and a kind ocean breeze.
