Best Friend

There were times we could have died
I'm laughing now but u know why
I'm glad we chose those times to stick together...
The second after I was born
Our paths were sealed to not be torn
And still too young to understand forever...
Now my journey has me here
Thinking bout the laughs and tears
A bond so strong it never can be severed...
There has been so many days
You have found so many ways
To fill my life with unrelenting pleasure...
The times you stopped what you were doing
And everything you were pursuing
Makes it something that just can't be measured...
Before I miss the chance to say
You've been my best friend to this day
So thank you just for giving me this treasure...
