Bending Air

Every time it is inhaled, its return is there
We give back life with everyone we share
Oxygen passes by our heart, gender, race it does not care
By taking it in, and exhaling it out, we bend the air
Man, woman, child, and beast consume this gift
So just by existing and living, you give others a lift
Armed with this knowledge, I never feel adrift
All that have been close enough to give my emeralds a stare
Have benefited from this body's ability, of bending the air

Thank you very much James for the kind words. I realized after reading some of your work this morning, that you and I are both sons of the North Star.
