I felt I needed to give my writing a little change, Jennifer, and Christmas will be here before we know it that is if we are older and not very young looking for Santa. Thanks for dropping by. Sara K

Your shape poem is nicely penned. It makes me remember our Christmas season in the Philippines begins in September, listening to Xmas carols and decorating windows with Christmas lanterns...have a great day.

Why, thank you, Tom. We weathered the storm and was not hit as hard as some in our state. Yes, Christmas is a special time. Sara K

Just beautiful, perfectly shaped, heralding the coming season to our heart’s delight! How did you make out in your area? We seemed to miss the brunt of the storm (strangely enough)

Kim, we got a large amount of rain, but not as much wind as had been predicted. I have not heard local news, so I don't know about anywhere except here at our home where we did not have any flooding problems either. I feel for those who had deaths, injuries, property damage or destruction. Thanks for stopping by and expressing concern. I appreciate the nice comment on my work. Sara K
