Believing

her anger and hatred dwelled deep within.
a constant reminder of her every sin.
to the heavens she looked for strength and understanding.
the stars twinkled back as the shone down the light everlasting.
her hope slowly restoring days of the past become distant memories.
she left everyone behind to walk amongst the trees.
the trees never judged her for all her past sins.
they simply embrace her keep her safe and enlighten.
the answers are clear as she emerges from the woods.
her life is hers alone.so what if they misunderstood.
it was up to her to force her long neglected happiness from its long...cold..slumber.
only she could help herself escape from the feelings she held down under.
she had the strength deep within...
even if it knew her every last little sin....
