Life has been a journey,
bursting with desire.
Where I had a choice,
to simply laze or aspire.
But God placed in me,
an eagerness to achieve.
But to make things happen,
I first had to believe.
For too long I loitered,
on the roadside thumbing.
When believing was mile one,
on my highway to becoming.
