Believe Me
So long have I longed to hear you say my name
Its been so long since I have ever felt the same
With you on my mind the future is undefined
But to have you as mine
Is the only thing that seems fine
times have changed and I have grown
But everyday your heart pulses to sing me a song
And my heart skips to the sound of your voice
Its like I didn't have a choice
But to have you within me
Wooing me with just a smile that lays on your lips
Or the flash of your wings
It causes an eclipse
Blocking the world I once knew
And bringing me new
So its you and I
Until the day I am to die
Hold my hand now love
And we will take on this world
With hands that shall heal
And hearts that will mend
Suspended in a cloud of sweet bliss marry me darling and I have nothing to miss
One kiss to live in a land of ever after
And a full life that always has laughter
Walk among me
As you have the universe
And my soul shall emerse
To accompany you in a dance that moves stars
And breaks the universal alignment
If you asked what I meant when I told you I loved you
I would tell you that my soul has taken you in as its own
And flown to the edge of the unknown
And it is my heart that exists to hear you speak
And it is what flows from you veins
As creeks that pour your love into me
