Believe Me
Believe me when I tell you,
What you're contemplating isn't a cure,
You leave that pain behind,
For your loved ones to endure.
Believe me when I tell you,
Although, you don't trust your mind,
Pause, breathe and talk it out,
It's time to rewind.
Believe me when I tell you,
We can work it out,
I will give you time and listen,
If you need to scream and shout.
Believe me when I tell you,
At the end of the tunnel, there is light,
Don't quit, don't back down,
Together, we can win this fight.
Believe me when I tell you,
You are not on your own,
You're strong, beautiful and more than enough,
You don't have to walk alone.
