If you would just hold yourself up to the light.
You'll see what is meant to be,
you'll see beneath everything, you'll see me.

It is your mind that we are freeing.
We know that love is something that can't be bought.
See past the materials, see me for what I am, not what I've got.
“If you open your mind for me, you will not rely on open eyes to see.”
I'll build your dreams with these two hands, your love being the only fee.
Today can be the greatest day of our life,
then it would get better, when I call you my wife.
I have one request for you, it may sound strange,
but please, don't ever ask me to change.
I have one thing repeating in my head,
“If I can't be my own, I'd feel better dead.”
