Being Mindful
Being mindful is something that takes practice
It is its own unique form of art
Being able to center yourself deep
Within the chakra of your own heart
Awareness of every action
Of each and every day
Awareness of potential effects
Of every word you say
Being mindful is compassion
For other people’s strife
How would it affect you
If it happened in your life?
Be present In the moment
No matter what life brings your way
Live each day to the fullest
live in a mindful kind of way
Live each and every moment
From this day and forever on
Really live it and truly love it
Then in life you’ve already won
