Being Different: the Matthew Shepard Story

I'm not going to rhyme and tell you a poem.
I'm going to tell you a story I Love and Know.

His name was Matthew Shepard.
The date was October 7, 1998,
He was tied to a fence and left to die.
He was pistol whipped and        d severly.
Matthew was an              American Boy.
And was attacked for being different.
But saddly, He was pronounced      on October 12, 1998.
For he was only 21 and loved by everyone.


This story is Based on the True Story About Matthew Shepard.

Samantha Watts December 16, 2008 at 12:56 PM My sissy!!!! lol hey dude no joke today you know that gay kid he really is gay named eric, i forget his last name. he started cussing out some poeple on the bus and david and all thoughs other kids we're going to beat him up cause he's gay. :( it was sad i told david and cody not to do it. but it was ironic how we were talking about this sunday then that happened monday...werid. anyway love the peom :)
