Behind These Walls I Hide

Behind These Walls

Trapped behind these walls
I can't seem to break down
A princess in my own dark castle
The queen without a crown

So lost and confused
not knowing who is inside
So, I do only what I've done
Behind these walls I hide

No one can hear me
If I don't have a voice
Silenced screams echo
This wasn't my choice

Afraid of any thing different
Trapped by fear and pride
So I do only what I've done
Behind these walls I hide

So, this is my prayer
And this is my plea
Let the darkness fade
Ans let me find me

My Father sees me
Searching for a home
A whole knew world awaits
Things I've never known

Until then, I fight this battle
That rages in my mind I
So, I do only what I've done
Behind these walls I hide

Love me
