Behind My Smile Lies a Wounded Heart

Behind my smile, lies a wounded heart.
A self inflicted injury, that I hide.
Behind my laugh, I’m falling apart inside.
Look closely and speak to me and you will see
The person people who think I am…that just isn’t me.
