Behind Blue Eyes

Whenever I see that little smile on her face,
I know that it’s fake and will soon be erased.
Behind her blue eyes she hides so much away, behind those four walls,
No one knows what they play.
She screams, she runs, but can’t hide just right,
And she’s far too little to put up a fight.
But out on the town, you can’t hear a sound,
And to that little girl
It’s as if no one’s around…
