Before You Came Along

The imprint or no words
can define your visit to
my mind, you came and
cure the corruption she
left in my brain, you
withdraw the knife she
left in my vain.

Before you came to find
me hidden in the corner
of my cave cause she
stole the joys of my happy
days.  Darker night and
lonely days but now you
came, but are you here
to show a brighter way?.

Look, this smile so bright
and free, with each inch
of it only you could bring
to me but thanks above
for this dove and thank
you sir for this sweet love.
