Before Take Off
M-orn twenty-fourth February
A-ims to let the sun ascend;
R-ain falling from the sky
I-s beginning to
E-nd.
B-eacon above the horizon
E-liminates the night;
N-ew dawn early Friday
I-s setting things aright.
T-ime to board the plane, the wait is just enough;
O-bey the stewardess' counsel, a few minutes before take off.
