Bed of Nails

To lay on a bed of nails
The mind must erase all the emails
All the disruptions and the tiniest snails
To focus on the sharp details
To succeed without any fails

The mind's power is unleashed
The heart is cleansed and unblemished
The body as a faithful canvas is polished
The contact of the two is accomplished

The spikes attempt to push deeper
The power of the whole fights harder
The narrow contacts grows broader
Each second each breath is a leader
Each second the bed of nails is a healer

I am not sure what you mean by bed of nails, but I get the feel and meaning of your poem. It has great flow and rhyme - it grabbed me ... CayCay
