Becoming Is Better Than Being

Becoming is better than being;
Growing far greater than birth.
Expanding minds in space and time
In search of one’s true worth.

Nothing is gained without walking in rain,
Sun, snow and hail.
Greatness arrives not out of blue skies
But from all the times we fail.
