Because Salvation Is Near
Fast approaching is judgment day,
From God's kingdom Christ shall descend;
As man gets closer to his grave,
So does the world's nearing end.
Let us open our hearts, eyes and minds,
Midst drought, quake, and typhoon;
As signs of the Lord's second advent,
Strange things are seen in the moon.
Journey of life is like a race we must run,
With endurance, we ought to understand;
Neither ca we afford to quit or surrender,
Nor lose the momentum already in command.
In the middle of the treacherous track,
Make our faith firm and love so fine;
Abound in hope to give our best shot,
For we're so close to the finish line.
Stand strong raising our heads high,
Move forward by His words we hear;
Fight the good fight for faith,
Because our salvation is truly near.
