Because It Just Doesn'T Matter
Because It Just Doesn’t Matter
Innocence slain—mixed feelings
having exhausted
shame—now languish
still sands of time—mocking
a side-ways hour glass.
But it doesn’t matter
because I’m not involved
and am certainly not guilty.
