Where life had been difficult
With challenges arriving
Though I feared still persevered
All along surviving.
When illness fell upon me
Hindering my thriving,
I maintained all good gained
Sustaining by surviving.
Yes hardships, trials, struggles
May restrict one’s striving
To tackle through right on cue...
Simply keep surviving.
